Dr. Jeffrey Miller is a board-certified diagnostic and thoracic Radiologist. He completed medical school at
Mount Sinai School of Medicine, followed by two residencies at Stony Brook University and a fellowship
in Thoracic Radiology at Columbia University. Dr. Miller currently serves as a thoracic radiology expert at
the Veterans Affairs Health Care System in New Jersey
A recognized authority in low-dose CT lung cancer screening, Dr. Miller has over 30 years of experience.
He has been the Director of Imaging for the Department of Energy’s Workers Health Protection Program
in conjunction with the International Early Lung Action Program since 2000.

Arthur Watanabe, MD
About
Dr. Arthur Watanabe is a neuroradiologist with over 35 years of experience. He earned his medical
degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his internal medicine
internship and diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Utah Medical Center, followed by a
fellowship in Neuroradiology at Long Beach Memorial Hospital.
Since 2006, Dr. Watanabe has held an academic appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology
at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He is also board-certified in interventional pain
management by the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians and currently serves as President
of the Washington Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Robert Lindsey, MD
About
Dr. Robert Lindsey is a board‐certified diagnostic and body radiologist with over 25 years of experience,
particularly in multi-modality interpretation within independent outpatient settings. He earned his
medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, completed an internal medicine internship at the
University of California, Irvine, and went on to finish a diagnostic radiology residency at the Medical
College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals. He further enhanced his expertise with a fellowship in Body
Imaging (cross-sectional imaging/MRI) at UC Irvine Medical Center.
Dr. Lindsey has demonstrated leadership and operational expertise by developing individualized MRI and
CT protocols across multiple centers, training staff radiologists on various PACS platforms, and managing
sedation administration—including oral and IV sedation—and addressing adverse reactions to contrast
agents.

Arsalan Siddiqui, MD
About
Dr. Arsalan Asad Siddiqui is a musculoskeletal and spine radiologist. Dr. Siddiqui acquired his
undergraduate degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. He then
graduated with an M.D. with Distinction in Research from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
During medical school, he spent a summer as a research fellow at Yale School of Medicine, working on a
project involving nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. His professional journey then led him
to Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, where he completed a combined internship in Internal
Medicine followed by residency in Diagnostic Radiology, including one year as Chief Resident. Upon
completion of residency, he remained in Los Angeles to complete a Musculoskeletal MRI fellowship at
RadNet, Inc. During residency and fellowship, Dr. Siddiqui spent many weekends moonlighting at
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, providing preliminary interpretations of ER and inpatient studies.
